Return Policy:

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt of your item(s), you may return any unused and unassembled item(s) for a full refund of the merchandise value and tax. Please get in touch with Raschelle Customer Care for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

*Exceptions: Please note that circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or other force majeure events, may lead to delayed arrivals. In such cases, if the delay results in a return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Are there any products that are not eligible for return?

Yes. Products that affect secondary sales cannot be returned.

How do I return merchandise purchased from Raschelle.com?

Please contact our Customer Care team using our Contact Form to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Our email is support@raschelle.com. Please note: The return address will be provided by mail after applying.

How long will it take to process my refund?

Refunds will be operated at 1st time, normally within 1-3 business days, after we receive and inspect your returned merchandise. Depending on your credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to be posted to your account.

Additional Policy:

1. If you discover any damaged or missing parts upon receiving our product, please contact us immediately. Provide relevant photos and your order number, and we will promptly ship the damaged or missing parts to you free of charge. However, for orders received more than 2months ago, we may not be able to provide free replacement parts, and we recommend visiting our store to purchase the necessary components.

2. For returns due to product quality issues, we will provide a free return label. However, for returns unrelated to product quality, such as personal preference or other non-product-related reasons, we will charge an $50 processing fee. Alternatively, you may choose to return the product at your own expense, but the original shipping fees will not be refunded.

3. All items marked as "final sale" are non-returnable.

Cancellation Policy:

1. If the order has not yet been shipped and is canceled due to personal reasons, we will charge a $50 processing fee.

2. If the order has already been shipped, we are unable to recall the shipment, and you will need to return the item to us after receiving it.
