At Raschelle, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below for all the details.

 

Returns

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags intact.

 

How to Make a Return

1. Contact Us:

Email us at hello@raschelle.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

2. Ship Your Return:

Once approved, package the items securely and send them to the return address provided in our response. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

3. Confirmation & Refund:

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll notify you via email. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

 

Refunds

Refunds are issued for the full purchase price of the item, excluding original shipping costs.

If the item is returned damaged or not in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

 

Important Notes

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right!

Customs Fees: Any customs duties, taxes, or fees paid during the original purchase are non-refundable.
